New Hampshire Race Weekend

The North East Motor Sports Museum directors met hundreds if not thousands of race fans over the New Hampshire Motor Speedway September event weekend. Mark Hann (pictured) headed up the exhibit which featured Pete vonSneidern’s magnificent #621 cut-down, a car typical of those raced in the early 1950s. Several fans brought gifts for the museum including Skip Ambrose who provided 22 B&W prints of racing on ice on a lake in New Hampshire in the 1950s. Others brought programs and printed matter showing our sport’s history. Most frequent questions? Where will it be (we were able to point to the spot from the exhibit space) and when will it open (sooner is better!).
