Display Cases Being Installed
When you walk into the museum, on your left you'll see a custom-built trophy case that's eight-feet tall and twenty-four feet long. It'll contain prestigious trophies won in New England racing including for major races and major championships. The helmet case is eight-feet tall, eight-feet wide and will hold helmets from days gone by including the dented aluminum-shell helmet worn by Reino Tulonen and the helmet worn by Mike Stefanik when he raced the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Seven other cases of varying sizes will be themed and show the history of drivers, race tracks and racing families. All are currently under construction, each can be sponsored and all are built right into the museum itself. Back |
