PARTY ON

The first ever Daytona Party was held on the Saturday before the Daytona 500. A huge crowd came, some for the first time, to talk racing, enjoy free food that was prepared and donated by the museum’s volunteers, and to enjoy the museum’s exhibits. The museum’s new slot car track was a huge hit as was the iRacing Simulator and the drag racing slot car track. All three were busy throughout the day. Both televisions were tuned into the activity going on at Daytona Speedway. Thank you to our volunteers, members, contributors and guests for making our first annual Daytona Party a success! Many new guests became members and many folks made donations to the museum. All members were admitted free. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next member event!
