After 53 years of racing on the ice across New England, Alan Darrah has brought his stunning 1930 Modified Model A Ford Ice Racer to the museum for display. Since 1965 Alan has raced on 11 different frozen lakes and ponds, winning on 10 of them with this same car. He is a four time Latchkey Cup winner and multi time points champion at his favorite track of Lake Contoocook with the Jaffrey Ice Racing Association. He has served on the governing body of the JIRA for 18 years.
